I recently came across poppyandlime, and instantly fell in love.  So much personality and character in such a small accessory…I was immediately intrigued!  A vision of black and white stripe tops and distressed jeans began to prance across my mind, heart palpitations quickly followed.  Checking the price, imagining the worst (crossing my gold leaf tinged nails for the best), I see $24.99.  Gotta love the .99!  An unbeatable price with such an artistic feel, adding 4 of these FAB clutches in my Etsy shopping bag, the question of how in the world I could possibly choose one came into play.  How do you decide between a MAJOR coral clutch and an ULTRA-FAB neon yellow clutch?  How do you NOT buy a kelly green clutch with black splatter?  And who in the world has the will power to pass up on anything mint green?!?!?  Check out our style key below to navigate this MUST DO purchase:

Step 1- This is an accessory essential, recommended for all Categories of Style.  As such, there’s no question you NEED at least one to either carry in a larger bag to help compartmentalize/organize your bag OR to simply carry it under your arm with confidence that could knock over a tree.

Step 2- Understand that the coral and neon yellow are brighter tones, and the mint green splatter and kelly green clutch are calmer tones, almost balancing.  There’s no need to own two bright shades, as it will honestly feel impossible to decide which to wear, so don’t even torture yourself.   It’s best to pick one clutch in a brighter shade and another in a calmer shade (that’s if your intention is to purchase at least two clutches).  When choosing between the brighter versus calmer shades, just go off your favorite color and be done.  As for me…it HAD to be the coral with gray background and kelly green with black splatter.   How did I decide between the coral and neon yellow you wonder?  I already have Theory’s Eiryn Neon Yellow Shorts, and since matchy-matchy is soooo TAN!…coral was the best pick to offset the yellow shorts.
