I’m a self professed lotion-aholic!  That type of chick that washes her hands and puts on lotion almost immediately.  That chick that has zero focus if her hands are dry.  Lotion is the one thing I never leave home without.  All that said, you could assume that I’ve tried numerous hand and body lotions, and you would be right.  I’m looking for longevity of wear, and how well it holds up against cheap public bathroom soap.  No style-stone left unturned, there are few brands that I haven’t tried, and subsequently thrown in the trash.  But of all the lotions that failed, there has been one singular brand that has always passed, that I’ve been a die-hard fan of for years.  Up until now, it’s been my own secret obsession, ordering three at a time so I never have to worry about running out.  Changing the scent based on what stage of life I’m in, it’s been my beauty safety blanket, always beside me in every single one of the FAB bags I carry.  The secret?  Body butter from The Body Shop!  I am COMPLETELY obsessed with body butter, even down to its pretty circular container.  A thick cream, it goes on smooth, stays on, and keeps skin soft and hydrated.  It’s never so much that the skin feels irritated or suffocated…it’s just the right blend.  If you haven’t at least tried body butter, you are doing yourself a MAJOR beauty disservice and I challenge you to go to one of their stores and sample the variety of smells they offer.  My personal favorite:  Brazil Nut!  OBD (OBsesseD) OBD OBD with body butter!!!!
